XXXLutz: the furniture company benefits from OKI’s versatile solutions

XXXLutz, the largest traditional furniture retailer in Germany and Austria, relies on OKI Printing Solutions for its printing needs.

THE CHALLENGE

The company's printing needs are just as diverse as its various organisational units: Delivery notes are produced using matrix printers; accounts and finance departments print in black and white and office print jobs require colour printing.

THE SOLUTION

A one-stop shop: OKI equipped the German and Austrian branches with various models:

Sales offices
Around 4,000 OKI ML390-ML3390 matrix printers, some of which were installed in 1992.

Accounts and finance departments
Around 150 B8300 A3 mono printers for printing long lists, cover letters for customer marketing and price tags on thick paper.

Finance and HR departments
Around 200 ML393, ML395, ML3410 and ML4410 series matrix printers for printing out lists and assessments, some of which were installed in 1992.

Office applications requiring colour printing
Around 150 C5000 series A4 colour printers (C5300, C5400, C9200, C9500, ES1624, ES3640).
